With a master suite on the main floor and additional spacious bedrooms upstairs, the home comfortably accommodates groups while offering privacy for everyone. ABOUT THE AREA

Blue Mountain Beach is one of the most beloved communities along Scenic Highway 30A, known for its laid-back charm, natural beauty, and welcoming family atmosphere. Nestled between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park, the area offers pristine beaches, scenic walking and biking trails, and some of the best local restaurants along the coast.

Start your morning with coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery, spend the afternoon exploring nearby beaches or biking the Timpoochee Trail, and end the day with dinner at Blue Mabel before grabbing ice cream just steps from your front door.

To make exploring even easier, Skinny Love 30A includes four bikes and a six-seater golf cart, allowing you to cruise to nearby shops, restaurants, and beach accesses with ease.

BEACH ACCESS

The Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access is less than a block away, making it incredibly easy to go from breakfast to beach in minutes. This access includes restrooms, showers, and plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches. Coolers, wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and single inflatable toys are permitted.

PARKING

Two parking spaces are available in front of the home with overflow parking on S Co Hwy 83.

HOUSE RULES

- Check-In: After 4 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM

- No smoking or vaping

- Renters must be 25 years of age or older

- State and county taxes plus required fees apply

- Starter amenities are provided upon arrival

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with Bonheur Vacations and verify identity through the Happy Stays app by uploading:

A government-issued photo ID

A selfie for verification
