Hop on the included bikes to explore nearby Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, or take a short walk to local shops and restaurants. During peak season, Seacrest Beach offers a complimentary tram service, making it easy to get around with the whole family.
AMENITY ACCESS & HOA INFORMATION
To park and access Seacrest Beach amenities, guests must complete the Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent after booking.
Upon arrival, parking passes and wristbands can be picked up at the Guest Services Window near the lagoon pool. Guests may enter the lagoon amenity complex through any of the six gated entrances.
Important HOA Fee Notice:
The Seacrest Beach HOA requires a $2 per day, per guest fee, which provides access to community amenities. This fee will be collected prior to arrival.
BEACH ACCESS
Seacrest Beach features a private beach access south of 30A, with on-demand tram stops located throughout the community.
Chair Service: La Dolce Vita is the exclusive beach chair provider on the east (left) side of the beach access
Personal Chairs: Guests may bring their own chairs for setup on the west (right) side
