Imagine watching the sunset from Adirondack chairs beside the two gas fire pits, stargazing with loved ones, or celebrating life's biggest moments. Inside, the home is just as impressive. The first floor is designed with kids and teens in mind, featuring a recreation space, pool access, and a bunk room that comfortably sleeps six — the ultimate sleepover headquarters.

ABOUT THE AREA

Seagrove Beach is one of the most charming communities along Scenic Highway 30A, perfectly situated between Seaside and Watersound. This relaxed coastal neighborhood offers easy access to beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and boutique shopping.

You'll find plenty within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will bring you to Seaside, one of the most iconic towns on 30A, known for its farmers markets, charming shops, restaurants, and famous food trucks.

Ride east and you'll discover The Big Chill, a lively outdoor destination filled with restaurants, games, and big screens perfect for catching your favorite sporting events.

Beyond the beach, 30A offers even more adventure. The area sits beside a 15,000-acre coastal forest filled with hiking trails, biking paths, and off-road adventures. Whether you spend the day walking the shoreline, biking through scenic neighborhoods, or exploring nature trails, 30A offers something for everyone.
